1. General Settings
In General Settings section you are able to setup your Invoice Address, Check In/Out times, terms & conditions and Credit Cards.
- Enter your business name and address that is used on your invoices.
- Enter contact details telephone, fax and email.
- Enter you check in and check out times.
- Enter your terms & conditions.
- Enter the credit cards that you accept.
Miscellaneous
- Lead time - If you do not wish to accept bookings for the same day, please adjust this value to the number of days after today which you can accept bookings.
- Enter maximum No. of nights bookable
- Enter Vat No. (if applicable)

2. Rooms
To add a room click on "Add room"
- Enter the Room Title - e.g. "Double"
- Add the Room Description - e.g. "Large double room with sea views"
- Maximum Occupancy - How many persons can occupy this room e.g. "Double 2 maximum"
- Number to be Allocated - How many double rooms you have to offer
- Room Rack Rate (optional) - This is a basic room rate which will apply if no other rates are added under Room Rates
- Then click "Add Room"

3. Room Rates
In Room Rates section you are able to set the rates for each room type for different periods or for the whole year.
- Click on "Add a Rate"
- Add a start date and an end date you would like the rates to apply.
- Insert the price only on the "1 Guest" line - use arrow to fill the rest of the rate line. If charging a "Room Rate" price same for all guests. If charging "Per Person" price to be added for each person staying.
- Please Note: Inserting different prices in different lines, for the same Room Type, you may occur in unwanted situations where for exp.1 Guest book a Quadruple or a Suite. Leaving the same Quadruple/Suite price even for 1 Guest will avoid these situations unless the guest choose to pay the full price or Unless you decide to give a different price for 1 Guest occupying 1 Quadr./Suite.
- The click "Add Rates"

4. Special Offers
Here you can add Short Breaks and Multi-Night Stay Discounts
Add a Short Break
- Click on "Setup a Short Break".
- Then select which room(s) you would like the Short Break apply.
- Add a Date Offer Starts then the Date Offer Ends.
- Then add the total price for the stay.
- Add a name e.g. Valentines Break.
- Then add the a small description for your short break e.g. Romantic weekend break in our Four Poster includes three course meal.
- Then click Add Break.
Add a Multi-Night Stay Discount
- Click on "Setup a Multi-Night Stay Discount".
- Then select which room(s) you would like the Short Break apply.
- Add a Date Offer Starts then the Date Offer Ends.
- Then add how many days you would like them to stay, then add how many days you would like them to pay.
- Then add the a small description for your Multi-Night Stay Discount e.g. Offer stay for 7 days pay for 5 Days great deals on Multi-Night Stay.
- Then click which days you would like the offer to apply.
- Then click Add Offer.

5. Additional Services
Here you can add extra services like Champagne, Dinner and Parking etc...
- Add a Description for Additional Service / Item e.g. Chocolates.
- Then select from the drop down box how you would like charge for the additional service (see help menu for more details).
- Then add cost.
- Then click Add Additional Service.

6. Minimum Stay
In Minimum Stay section you are able to set the minimum number of nights for any room type and for any period of the year.
- To apply Minimum Stay to a room click on "Apply Minimum Stay".
- Add a start date and an end date you would like the minimum stay to apply.
- Select which days to apply minimum stay - e.g. at weekends just select "Friday and Saturday".
- Minimum Nights Stay - e.g. select 2 "this will allow a minimum stay of two days".
- Select Which Room(s) to apply to - please tick the box at the side of the rooms you would like the minimum stay to apply.
- The click "Add Minimum Stay".

7. Availability
In Availability section you can Check your availability, Insert Email or Telephone Booking.
Check your availability
- Choose: a room
- Click on the month then year, then click "GO" this will display Allocated rooms, Booked rooms and Available rooms.
Insert Email / Telephone Booking
- Select room type
- Add a start date and an end date for the booking.
- Add the number of that room type with the number of guests and room and total cost.
- Fill in the Client Details.
- Credit Card Details (optional) you can add the booking manually without the card details.
- Then click "Insert Booking" this booking will be added and rooms updated on the booking system.

7.a. Availability - Adjust Availability
In Adjust Availability section you can Close Off Rooms, Re-Open Rooms or Adjust the Availability of rooms.
Adjust Availability
- Select room type.
- Add a start date and an end date.
- Set the number of rooms to take off the "current availability"
Close Off Rooms
- Click on Room Type click on a individual room or apply to all rooms.
- Add a start date and a end date.
- Then click GO, this will close off the room(s).
Re-Open Rooms
- Click on Re-Open Rooms.
- Then click on Re-Open on the rooms you would like to Re-Open.
- The rooms will become available again.

8. Reservations
Here you can search for Reservations in the system
- Choose by Arrival Date, Reservations Date or Departure Date.
- Add a start date and an end date for the booking.
- Then click GO, your reservation's will be shown.
Alternatively click on "Search for a Reservation" and search by Booking Reference, Last Name or First Name.

9. Insert Booking

- Select room type.

Here are links for your website to the Booking System.
Here you can change the booking page colours and fonts to match your website.
- To change the font use drop down box choose the font then click on "Preview & Save"
- To change the font colour click on the word "font colour" then choose from the Selection Palette then click on "Preview & Save"
- To change the background colour click on the word "Background Colour" then choose from the Selection Palette then click on "Preview & Save"
